Personal Focus and Connection
While professional credentials, good judgment and a willingness to do the right thing are all extremely important characteristics for any wealth management professional, Anne believes that creating genuine connections with people may be the most critical ingredient for success.
“Nothing is more important to our success than the quality of people we hire, how we work together as a team and how we demonstrate to our clients that we are here to serve them,” she notes. “I had a great mentor who demonstrated that to me every day. No matter how busy he was, when he was with a client, that client knew that he or she was the most important person to him at that moment. I try to emulate that personal focus and connection in my work, whether I’m meeting with clients or leading employees.”
