“One of my primary jobs is to create environments where great people — both professionals and clients — want to come and stay for the long-term.”

With a passion for wealth management and the desire to do what is best for his team and their clients, Alex Kramer understands the impact leadership can have on both. As Market Leader for U.S. Bank Private Wealth Management in Milwaukee, Alex leads a team of professionals specializing in Investment Management, Private Banking, Trust and Estate Services, and Wealth Planning. His knowledge and experience across these disciplines has been honed in a variety of leadership positions in the financial services industry, including as Senior Vice President and Sales Manager at Johnson Bank Wealth Management, Vice President at Credit Suisse Private Banking USA and as a Managing Director at BMO Harris Private Bank in Chicago.

Philosophy
Alex’s philosophy — “How you treat others has a huge impact on how you can expect to be treated” — guides his work and personal life. He accomplishes this philosophy by actively seeking input and feedback from his team and by being engaged in the activities of the group. This genuine interest in his team helps facilitate performance and foster a collaborative environment bringing people together to attend to the needs of the client. “One of my primary jobs is to create environments where great people — both professionals and clients — want to come, and stay for the long term.”
