Market Leader, Washington

“Hard working teams
transform lives.”

Growing up in Northeast Georgia, Cat learned the value of hard work from her parents. Her family was one of the only families with two college educated parents in the county. Her mother taught biology and human physiology at the local high school during the day and at the local college at night. She also earned her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in education while working and raising three children as a single mother. Cat’s father was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and ran his own small firm. As a child, Cat saw her father put in countless hours during tax season for his clients. He continues to lead the community today as the mayor of the town Cat grew up in.

The example Cat’s parents set for her as a child has fueled her belief in working hard to achieve your dreams. Today, Cat is proud to bring the strong worth ethic from her upbringing into her role as the Washington Market Leader for U.S. Bank Private Wealth Management. She uses her knowledge and experience to lead a team of professionals specializing in investment management, private banking, trust and estate services and wealth planning.

Cat is motivated by a strong desire to help her clients with their unique challenges. Clients have already put in the work to accumulate their wealth, now Cat wants to do her part. She is passionate about achieving a culture of collaboration between client and advisor, and appreciates the hard work and discipline it takes to accumulate wealth.

Education and community involvement
Cat earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and French from the University of Georgia School of Public and International Affairs. She earned a master’s degree in management from Troy State University — European campus. She also holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation.

Active in her community, Cat serves on the executive committee of the South Seattle Community College Foundation board of directors, where she was formerly the board chair. She also serves on the board of the Seattle Public Library Foundation and the Seattle Philanthropic Advisor Board, and is a member of the Washington Women’s Foundation. In the past, she has served as the President of Denny International Middle School PTA and President of the Lenny Wilken’s Foundation.

When she is not at work, Cat enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with her family.
